Local pickup
Skip shipping and collect eligible orders in person, free, from a seller near you.
1. Check availability near you
On any product page, enter your ZIP under “Check local pickup availability.” If a seller has a pickup location within range, you’ll see “Free local pickup available near you.”
2. Choose pickup at checkout
When a seller offers pickup, checkout lets you pick it instead of shipping — per seller, so a mixed cart can ship some items and hold others for pickup. Pickup orders skip shipping fees entirely.
3. Collect with your pickup code
The seller marks your order ready and we notify you. Bring the pickup code from your order confirmation — the seller scans or checks it to hand your items over. No code, no handoff.
Pick up within 7 days. If a ready order isn't collected within a week, it's automatically canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
